I don't know Turkish, so there might be mistakes.
Refer to Jas's Beginning Saz Stuff for general Info about the Saz and it's body parts. However, if you try to find Saz Lessons it helps to know the Turkish words. A lot of material is available, but not in English, so " How to Saz?" won't give you results.

- süsleme - ornament, hammer-on usually
- ara(ma) - search

- tavri - Style. often after strumming pattern names eg "Zeybek Tavri"

- notar, notalar - sheet music / notes
- Solfej - Solfege, often sheet music is given in DoReMi
- "es" - pause (mute the strings), or sometimes bass string or sometimes even all strings open...

- Tezene - the pick, also a good keyword for strumming / picking patterns and lessons
- Mizrabi - Picking pattern
- Şelpe - a Finger picking / tapping style
- parmak - finger
- sağ/sol - right/left
- ritim - rhythm
