The B.A.N.S Massage, named in tribute to my revered late teacher, Narissa Khan (may the Almighty have mercy upon her), embodies a tailored approach for modest clients seeking a comforting massage experience.
Developed for those desiring modesty without compromising relaxation, the B.A.N.S technique involves the discreet removal of the top garment while meticulously ensuring the client remains draped for complete comfort and privacy.
This specialized massage centers on the key areas of the back, arms, neck, and shoulders, employing specific strokes and techniques to alleviate tension and promote deep relaxation. Beginning with the client facing down and transitioning smoothly to facing up, the B.A.N.S Massage offers indescribable relief and rejuvenation.
Embrace the tranquility and reserve your session today to discover the rejuvenating effects firsthand. Your comfort and relaxation await.

🗣️ Real Talk from the Treatment Room
Gut struggles, skin flare-ups & why it’s not always your fault.
Sometimes I just want to scream: “I’m doing everything right—so why is my skin still flaring up?” 😤
If you’ve ever felt that way, trust me... I get it. I really do.
As someone living with celiac disease, I’m 100% gluten-free. I’m disciplined. I follow the rules. And yet, my gut still acts up—and when it does, so does my skin. My face flares, gets inflamed, irritated, and just won’t settle no matter how “perfect” my products are.
It’s frustrating.
It’s exhausting.
And most of all—it’s deeply personal.
This is why I approach skincare from a different angle. Not just what you’re using, but why your skin might be struggling.
📌 Your skin is a reflection of your nervous system, your gut, your hormones, and your stress levels.
📌 Topical products matter—but so do your sleep, your routine, your food, your emotions, your environment.
📌 It’s not always as simple as “this serum will fix it.”
So if your skin is breaking out, flaring up, or not responding to what you’re using…Please don’t jump into self-blame. Please don’t give up hope.
As your esthetician, I may not have all the answers—but I do understand how real the struggle is. I know what it’s like to try everything and still feel like your skin isn’t listening. I know how discouraging that can be.
But I also know that healing takes patience, compassion, and support.
You don’t have to figure it all out on your own.
Let’s walk this journey gently, one step at a time—together. 🤍
With care and understanding,
