Welcome! I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Agricultural Economics, Sociology, and Education at Penn State University. I received my Ph.D. in the Department of Agricultural, Environmental, and Development Economics at The Ohio State University.
My research focuses on sustainability within the food system, leveraging both primary survey data and secondary data. My work encompasses a broad spectrum of stakeholders within the food system, ranging from producers to consumer-facing businesses and households, to address issues that include facilitating the transformation towards more sustainable livestock production systems, promoting sustainability in the restaurant industry, and reducing household food waste.
