Information We Do NOT Collect
We prioritize your privacy above all else. Our App is designed with a privacy-first architecture:
We do NOT collect, store, transmit, or process: • Personal information (name, email, phone number, address) • User accounts or login credentials • Camera footage or images • Video recordings of your workouts • Voice recordings or audio data • Health data or workout history to external servers • Location data • Device identifiers for tracking purposes • Analytics or usage statistics • Any data that could identify you personally
On-Device Processing Only: All workout analysis, pose detection, depth sensing, and AI coaching features operate entirely on your device. No data leaves your device or is transmitted to our servers or any third party.
Information Processed Locally on Your Device
While we do not collect or transmit data, the App requires certain device capabilities to function:
Camera Access: Used in real-time to detect your body position during squats. Images are processed instantly and discarded—never saved or transmitted.
Depth Sensor (LiDAR): On supported devices, depth data is used to measure squat depth. This data is processed in real-time and immediately discarded.
Microphone Access: Used for voice commands and speech recognition. Audio is processed on-device only and is never recorded, stored, or transmitted.
Device Motion: Accelerometer and gyroscope data may be used to detect device stability. This data is processed locally and immediately discarded.
All processing happens locally on your device using Apple's Vision framework, Speech framework, and other on-device technologies. No cloud processing occurs.
Non-Personal Technical Information
Your device may provide non-personally identifiable technical information necessary for the App to function (such as iOS version, device model, or available hardware features). This information is used solely for app compatibility and performance optimization and is not used to identify or track you.
No Tracking, Cookies, or Log Files
We do not use: • Cookies or similar tracking technologies • Analytics services or tracking tools • Log files that record your activity • Third-party advertising or data collection services • Any mechanism to identify or track individual users
Data Security: Since we do not collect, store, or transmit personal data, there is no data to secure on our servers. All data processing occurs locally on your device, protected by your device's built-in security features (encryption, biometric authentication, etc.).
Third-Party Services
Our App does not integrate with or share data with any third-party services, analytics platforms, advertising networks, or external servers.
Children's Privacy
Our App does not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13. The App does not require age verification as no data is collected. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has used the App, rest assured that no personal information has been collected or transmitted.

Fitness and Injury Waiver: • Physical exercise carries inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, disability, or death • You assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages sustained while using this App • You acknowledge that you are physically capable of performing squats and have no medical conditions that would make such exercise dangerous • The App's AI coaching and form feedback are provided "as-is" without any guarantee of accuracy or completeness
No Liability: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE APP AND ITS DEVELOPERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR: • Any personal injury, death, or property damage arising from your use of the App • Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages • Lost profits, data, or business opportunities • Any damages resulting from errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the App's coaching or form analysis • Technical failures, malfunctions, or interruptions of service
Assumption of Risk: You explicitly assume all risks associated with using this App for fitness activities. You release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the App developers, owners, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from your use of the App.
No Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: • Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose • Accuracy or reliability of form analysis or coaching feedback • Uninterrupted or error-free operation • Freedom from bugs, viruses, or other harmful components
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the App developers, owners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: • Your use or misuse of the App • Your violation of this Privacy Policy or Terms of Use • Any injury or damage sustained while using the App • Your violation of any third-party rights
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
