December 13, 2024 is the deadline to be cleared

Must complete Step 1-3 below

Step 1: Sign up on Parent Square

Step 2: Submit Google Form

Click here to fill out this google form before tryouts. Only submit once.

Step 3: Get Cleared

You need to make an account and upload all the necessary documents to Athletic Clearance by taking a picture of your documents. All documents that need to be filled out are available to download once you make an account.

You will need the following information:

CIF Section: CIF-SS
Ramona High
Health Insurance

*DO NOT forget to attach your physical and proof of insurance (insurance card)**

When you are all done and it says PENDING, you can email Ms Gutierrez, the athletics secretary to let her know you are all done and she will clear you. mframirez@riversideunified.org

Wear comfortable clothes. Please wear the following color to tryouts:
- - Seniors = Black
  - Juniors = White
  - Sophomores = yellow
  - Freshmen = Blue

If I am a returning player, do I need to try out again?

Yes

Why do I need to get cleared?

This is a district requirement in order to ensure that you are in good health before trying out.

How long is my physical valid for?

Your physical is valid for 1 year.

When are tryouts?

Boys volleyball is a Spring sport (February -May), sign up to our remind and follow us on Instagram to get tryout updates.

Why are there summer practices?

We are having summer practices to teach you everything about volleyball in order to be ready for upcoming tryouts.
