Ramkrishna Construction - Enterprise Workforce Privacy & Data Safety Policy

Ramkrishna Construction ("Company", "we", "our", or "us") is dedicated to protecting the privacy, confidentiality, and security of employee workforce personal information, location coordinates, biometric photos, and KYC records.

1. Location Data Collection & Geofencing

• Foreground Collection Only: Precise GPS coordinates (latitude, longitude, and accuracy) are captured strictly when the employee actively taps "Punch In" or "Punch Out".

• Geofence Verification: The GPS fix is compared against the designated construction site perimeter (300-meter radius) to verify on-duty presence.

• NO Background Tracking: This application DOES NOT track, record, or transmit your device location in the background or when the app is closed.

• Mock Location & Fraud Prevention: GPS signal authenticity is verified using safe-device integrity checks to ensure genuine attendance.

2. Camera & Image Access

• Camera Usage: Camera access is requested solely for capturing employee profile photos and KYC identity verification during onboarding.

• Storage/Gallery Access: Profile image selection uses the Android system photo picker, which grants access only to the specific image you select — not your entire gallery.

• Zero Hidden Captures: The app never captures background photos, audio, or video without explicit user initiation.

3. Employee KYC, Personal & Financial Information

We collect and securely maintain standard workforce records:

• Personal Identity: Full Name, Mobile Number, Father's Name, Mother's Name, Date of Birth, Gender/Category, and Address.

• Statutory Records: Work Order Number, Aadhaar Number, Universal Account Number (UAN - EPFO), and ESIC Number for statutory compliance.

• Financial Records: Bank Account Number, IFSC Code, base pay rate, and advance payment (Kharcha) records solely for payroll disbursements.

• Device Identifiers: Hardware model and operating system parameters to bind authorized work devices.

4. Purposes of Data Processing

All collected data is processed strictly for legitimate workforce management:

1. Recording and regularizing daily attendance shifts.

2. Computing monthly wages, overtime, and advance deductions.

3. Generating internal audit reports in PDF/Excel for management.

4. Delivering company notices and festival greetings via SMS/broadcast.

5. Fulfilling statutory labor, EPF, ESIC, and taxation obligations.

5. Data Security, Cloud Storage & Zero Sharing

• Cloud Infrastructure: Data is hosted on enterprise Google Firebase Firestore and Cloud Storage.

• Encryption in Transit: All data transfers between the mobile app and servers are strictly encrypted with TLS 1.3 / SSL 256-bit encryption.

• Encryption at Rest: Database entries and uploaded media are encrypted at rest using AES-256.

• Zero Third-Party Monetization: We DO NOT sell, rent, lease, or distribute employee personal, location, or financial information to third-party advertisers, data brokers, or marketing networks.

6. Account & Data Deletion Policy

Under Google Play Data Safety policies and applicable privacy laws, every employee and administrator has the explicit right to request deletion of their account and associated personal records.

📌 How to Request Deletion:

1. In-App: Go to "My Profile" -> Tap "Request Account & Data Deletion" -> Confirm to send pre-filled email.

2. Direct Email: Send an email from your registered address to Rkconst@outlook.com with subject "Account Deletion Request - [Your Employee ID]".

🗑️ What Data is Deleted:

• User authentication credentials and device bindings.

• Profile photos, avatar images, and mobile push notification tokens.

• Contact details, address, and personal KYC metadata.

⚖️ Statutory Retention Notice:

In accordance with Indian statutory labor laws (Employees' Provident Fund Act, ESI Act, and Indian Tax Regulations), financial payment receipts and statutory attendance ledgers may be archived for auditing periods before complete purging.

⏱️ Processing Window:

All verified account and data deletion requests are processed within thirty (30) business days, with written confirmation dispatched to the requester.

7. Age Restriction & Children's Privacy

This enterprise workforce management application is strictly intended for adult individuals of legal working age (18 years and above). We do not knowingly solicit or collect data from children under 18.

9. Terms of Service & Workforce Agreement

By accessing or logging into this application, employees and administrators agree to the following terms:

1. Authorized Access: This app is restricted exclusively to authorized personnel of Ramkrishna Construction. Sharing PINs or credentials is prohibited.

2. Attendance Integrity: Check-in and check-out must represent genuine physical presence at the designated site. Mock locations, GPS spoofers, or proxy punching ("buddy punching") are strictly forbidden and constitute workforce misconduct.

3. Salary & Wage Advances: Advance disbursements requested in-app are employer-provided payroll advances against shifts, NOT personal loans or credit facilities. Deductions are settled in monthly payroll.

4. Termination of Access: The company reserves the right to deactivate accounts upon termination of employment.

5. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of Chhattisgarh, India.
