About

I am a Senior Researcher at VATT Institute for Economic Research. I specialize in empirical microeconomic methods and labor economics. My research is about early childhood education, effective teacher selection and the influence of personality traits in education and the labor market. I'm currently conducting a large scale RCT (with coauthors) to study the impact of kindergarten on school preparedness and non-cognitive skills.
