TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ONLINE SHOP & LOCAL HOME DELIVERY RAMESHLAL WHOLESALE FAMILY MART

Applicability: These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all online orders, phone orders, WhatsApp orders, and local home delivery services provided by Rameshlal Wholesale Family Mart ("Store", "We", "Us").
Acceptance: By placing an order for local home delivery or purchasing through our online shop, the customer ("You") explicitly agrees to be bound by all terms, policies, and conditions mentioned herein.

Wholesale Rates: Prices listed online or shared via order channels reflect wholesale rates and are subject to change without prior notice due to market fluctuations.
Order Confirmation: An order is considered accepted only after final confirmation from our delivery/management team. We reserve the right to limit quantities or decline any order at our sole discretion.
Stock Availability: In the event an item is out of stock, we reserve the right to remove the item from your order or offer a suitable alternative with your consent prior to dispatch.

Standard Delivery Fee: A base delivery fee of ₹50 applies to all local home delivery orders within our primary delivery zone.
Additional Distance/Weight Surcharges: Additional delivery charges (above ₹50) may apply based on total order weight, volumetric size, or delivery locations beyond our standard radius. Any extra charges will be communicated prior to dispatch.
Delivery Timelines: Delivery times provided are estimated. We are not liable for reasonable delivery delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, order volume, or incorrect address details provided by the buyer.

Final Sale: All purchases made through Rameshlal Wholesale Family Mart are 100% Final.
Zero Returns / Zero Exchanges: We follow a strict NO RETURN, NO EXCHANGE, AND NO REFUND policy for all items once an order has been dispatched or handed over to the customer or delivery partner.
Exceptions: No exceptions will be granted for change of mind, incorrect items ordered by the customer, personal preference, or storage degradation after delivery.

Mandatory Customer Inspection: Customers must physically inspect all items (including package seal, item count, quantity, and physical condition) at the time of delivery in the presence of the delivery agent.
Immediate Reporting: Any discrepancy, physical damage in transit, or missing item must be reported immediately to the delivery agent before payment/acknowledgment is completed.
Waiver of Claims: Once the delivery agent departs the customer's premises, Rameshlal Wholesale Family Mart accepts zero liability for missing, damaged, expired, or spoiled goods.

Payment Methods: Payments can be made via Cash on Delivery (COD), UPI, or online payment gateways specified by the Store.
Non-Payment: If a customer refuses payment upon delivery without valid physical proof of order discrepancy during inspection, the store reserves the right to blacklist the customer from future orders and recover delivery expenses.

Third-Party Products: Rameshlal Wholesale Family Mart operates as a distributor/retailer. We do not manufacture packaged goods, branded items, or processed products.
Disclaimer of Warranty: Guarantees, warranties, or health/safety claims regarding third-party packaged products rest solely with the original manufacturer. The Store is not liable for manufacturing defects, internal product quality issues, or adverse reactions.

Maximum Liability: Under no circumstances shall Rameshlal Wholesale Family Mart's total liability exceed the total purchase price paid by the customer for the specific order in question.
Indirect Losses: The Store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or secondary damages arising from delivery delays, product non-availability, or use of products sold.
Customer Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rameshlal Wholesale Family Mart and its owners from any claims, losses, or legal costs arising from a breach of these terms or misuse of our online delivery services.

We shall not be held liable or responsible for failure/delay in delivery performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, local lockdowns, road blockages, or technical network outages.

Applicable Law: These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Jurisdiction: Any legal disputes, claims, or proceedings arising out of or in connection with purchases from Rameshlal Wholesale Family Mart shall be subject strictly to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in the store's registered city/district.
