How to prepare Gulkand Gulab Jamun:
1. For the foiling, slice pistachio. Put the gulkand in one vessel.
2. For the sugar syrup, combine water and sugar & cook until it achieves 1 string consistency. Drop saffron & cardamom. Keep it warm.
3. For gulab jamun, mix khoya, paneer, refined flour & baking soda & knead it smoothy until its smooth.
4. Form small balls, flatten every ball & include the stuffing. Make it in the round shape.
5. Take ghee into pan, fry gulab jamun over slow flame until golden in the colour.
6. Detach it & place it into sugar syrup & allow it to stay in it for around twenty-five minutes.
Note:
Knead the khoya until smooth or else it would crumble in ghee. You can add one tablespoon rawa.
