5th International Workhop on Economic Analysis of Litigation, June 14 & 15, 2017, Bucerius Law School Hamburg.

After Catania 2014, Torino 2015, Montpellier 2016, and Paris 2017, the 5th International Workshop on Economic Analysis of Litigation will be hosted by the Bucerius Law School, on next June 14-15 2018. Objectives of the workshop: the aim of this meeting is to bring together economists and lawyers to discuss the problems of justice, courts' functioning and the litigation process.
