Maintenance & Repairs

• This is a furnished apartment and not a serviced apartment.

• Minor repairs and fixes must be managed directly by tenants. Tenant must inform the property management/landlord before carrying out any repair work.

• On request, management can assist in arranging a repair technician, though scheduling depends on service availability.

• We will help in arranging any repair service on request and it is subject to availability of the servicemen.

• Only the routine maintenance of aircon will be managed by property management.

Cleaning

• Cleaning and security is shared responsibility

• Property management will arrange bi-weekly cleaning service for the parking and common area 

• Tenants are responsible for cleaning their respective unit (Entrance and interiors)
