JONATHAN KRISHNAMACHARI RAMANI
I am currently pursuing a Master of Science in Economics at Lund University, where I also work as a teaching assistant in statistics. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Statistics from Lund University. My thesis delved into "Exploring the Impact of Pseudo and Quasi Random Number Generators on Monte Carlo Integration for Multivariate Normal Distributions." — an area particularly relevant to empirical finance. I also served as a Board Member at the Lund based think-tank Global Policy Research Group (GPRG), where I published a policy paper on regional GDP response to Covid-19 fiscal spending in Sweden. My research interests are Asset Pricing, Macroeconomics, and Economic Growth. My hobbies include playing the Saxophone and reading Sci-fi.
