Monarch Marching Festival

The 10th Annual Monarch Marching Festival is a one-shot show. This is a Colorado Bandmasters Association-sanctioned festival and will follow all CBA rules and guidelines. 

Please note: The Monarch Marching Festival is held at Spangenberg Field at Centaurus High School, not at Monarch High School.

We will need Pit/Props Volunteers, Uniform Helpers, Hospitality Servers, and food donations. 

Tentative RV Competition Day Schedule:

10:00 a.m.: Students arrive at RV

10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.: Marching band practice at RV

Time TBD:  Drop off food donations at RV

12:00 p.m.: Lunch at RV

3:15 p.m.:  Props/Pit Volunteers and Uniform Helpers arrive at Centaurus High School

5:15 p.m.:  Performance

~5:30 p.m.: Hospitality servers meet at the RV hospitality trailer immediately after the performance

~6:15 p.m.: Dinner at Centaurus High School

8:15 p.m.: Drum Major Retreat

~9:30 p.m.: Students arrive back at RV

Time TBD:  Parents to pick up students at RV

Ticketing Information:

Advance tickets may be purchased at Go Fan. If purchasing tickets in advance, please go to the prepaid wristband table next to the box office with your confirmation.  

Ticket pricing is as follows:

Adults: $18

Children/Students (18 and younger): $13

Seniors (65+): $13

Children 5 and under: Free

Per CBA Rules, pit crew and prop volunteers will be required to have a Field Pass wristband to enter the field and will be admitted to the FIELD ONLY. Pit crew and prop volunteers will not be admitted to the stands without a purchased attendance wristband.

Parking and Other Details:

• All spectator parking is off-site in the neighborhood surrounding Centaurus High School (see list below). Please allow ample time to park and walk to the stadium. 

• A limited number of handicap parking spots are available at Centaurus High School. To be eligible, vehicles must display a handicap placard or sticker. For handicap parking, go to the Warrior Way entrance of the school and speak with the Parking Coordinator. 

• Concessions will be available. Cash and credit cards are accepted. 

• There will be a festival merchandise table. Cash and credit card payments are accepted.
