2025-2026 Ralph Talbot Parent Council
Kate has lived in Weymouth since 2023 and has a daughter in 2nd grade and a son in Pre-K. She is a former teacher and currently a literacy curriculum specialist. In her spare time, she enjoys working on hand embroidery and other sewing projects. Kate is excited to be part of the RTPC this year and looking forward to supporting the school community.
Sarah is returning this year as Co-VP. Prior to that she, along with a team of dedicated parents, led the initiative for the new RT playground. Sarah has a rising 2nd grader and another who just missed the K cutoff so will be joining RT next year. Professionally, she’s general counsel/chief legal officer to a solar fintech. Personally, she grew up in Scituate, is fluent in French and never met a french fry she didn’t like.
Hi, I'm Christine, one of your co-VPs. I'm new to the parent council this year and excited to be involved in all the fun things we have planned. I work at MGH as an RN and have two girls, Sophie and Ayla. Sophie will be entering 2nd grade, and Ayla will be in kindergarten this year. In my spare time, I enjoy walks outside while sipping coffee, binge-watching random Netflix shows until 3 am, and chip & queso with a spicy margarita.
Kalin is a third year co-secretary on the RTPC. She has two daughters, one is going into 3rd grade and the other is starting 1st. Kalin loves collecting antiques and learning about the history of them. She has a booth at a vintage artisan market in Norwood called Salvage Angel. Kalin is super excited to be a part of this year’s RTPC board!
Liz is returning this year as co-secretary. She has a son going into 5th grade and a daughter going into 3rd grade. Liz moved to Weymouth in 2013 and can typically be found at the beach. She looks forward to working with the new board and supporting the RT community.
Sue is excited to be Treasurer of the RTPC! A proud Weymouth resident for nearly 13 years, she grew in Melrose before settling here with her family. Sue has two energetic boys in 1st and 2nd grade and a stepson who’s a junior at WHS. Outside of her career in human resources, she enjoys spending time with her family and finding new ways to have fun together. Sue is looking forward to a great school year ahead!
