Serves as the subject matter expert on the NVMI SIS. Conducts CALPADS reporting. Manages and coordinates the strategic direction for the data and reporting systems. Establishes, leads, and delivers the SIS training plan including webinars, online courses, in person training, and reference documents. Performs data analysis including developing and managing custom reports needed by NVMI personnel. Manages SIS technical and administrative functions such as upgrades, yearly rollover, data integration and import, software. Ensures accurate and timely attendance reporting as required by our authorizer and the CDE. Partners with school administrators in developing the annual master schedule and support counselors in student scheduling efforts, including teacher and course catalog set up within the SIS, and student course requests. Directs data entry clerk(s) in accurate, timely input of data to the SIS.

Conduct CALPADS reporting and internal reporting as needed. Coordinate and train all staff on Aeries yearly and as needed by staff. Update and maintain the OMI website using the Edlio Websites software. Manage  meal software (Titan) and extract and manipulate data for proper integration into Aeries and reimbursements reporting. Collaborate with staff to process new and returning student registration. Point person for all Staff, Student and Parent  questions for all software platforms currently and formerly in use. Conduct yearly Master scheduling with input from stakeholders. 

Guide and train personnel in yearly student information school year roll over in collaboration with Aeries staff.  Assist in completion and implementation of master schedule. Spearhead SEIS integration with the student information system .
