The Chicago Manual of Style (CMOS) requires a comprehensive list of all sources cited in your work.
Title: Center the word Bibliography (for Notes-Bibliography style) or References (for Author-Date style) at the top of the page.
Alignment: Use a hanging indent. The first line is flush left, and all subsequent lines of the same entry are indented 0.5 inches.
Spacing: Single-space the individual entries, but add a double space between them.
Order: Arrange entries alphabetically by the author's last name.
