I am Dr. Rajani K S. I am a Certified Life Coach specialising in Mindset Transformation and Habit Formation for sustained success of my clients. I am committed to empower them to bring their dream life to reality. I specialise in the following focus areas:
(a) Help young adults - men & women on their 20s and 30s - overcome their constraints and lead happy, fulfilling and prosperous lives

I have conducted highly impactful Reinvent Self, Self Discovery, Life Skills and Women Special challenges for working women teens and young adults. I run an effective 21-day Habit Formation challenge which has helped transform aspirations into habits. I conduct weekly webinars on goal setting, cultivating courage, clarity, and consistency, self-love and gratitude journaling, preparing and following vision boards, discovering one's passion and other areas of my specialisation mentioned above for members of my community, Rajani's LifeHub.
I have a teaching experience of over fifteen years as an Academic Co-ordinator and as Head of the Biology Dept during which I have touched and transformed the lives of hundreds of students. I am a motivational speaker and have delivered hundreds of talks in colleges and schools.
I have completed my PhD in Biotechnology specialising in cancer research. I am also the former HOD of the Biology Department at Presidency College, Bangalore. I am a gold medallist in my post graduation. I am an effective science communicator and have participated in panel discussions in TV channels.
