To create a vibrant environment to promulgate collaborative interdisciplinary research and develop cutting-edge nanotechnology-related solutions in association with leading scientists from all sectors of science and engineering. Furthermore, the lab intends to provide a platform for young and motivated researchers to perform scientific research while being at the forefront of innovation and development in the sphere of nano-communication and technologies.

The conducted research in the lab intends to advance various aspects of nanoscience and nanotechnology, with a particular emphasis on the following domains: sensing and actuating technologies; communication, and networking technologies for use in food and agriculture sectors; health and medical care.
