This was part of the Intro to 3D Modelling module in 1st year University. We were tasked with creating an environment based of reference images within AutoDesk Maya. I chose to take on Bruce Wayne's Office from Batman Arkham Knight, which featured some complex geometry
I received 89/100 - responsible for modelling, texturing and repackaging for the Unity game environment
Photoshop helped outline the different types of geometry on display more clearly and the types of texturing like marble flooring, fabric and wood
These were complex shapes, that used the multiple tools and techniques within Maya to create obscurityÂ
Even small props such as the glasses on the bar, chairs and vase proved challenging too, but these were necessary to set dress the scene so it feels lived in
These were imported and had textures created within Maya added to the game scene. Overall, it shaped up quite nicely, with some rough edges such as sizing and texture output in game.Â
However considering the complexity and my first attempt at this, it was a visually striking environmentÂ
