Information associated with your use of Raitmon, such as meditation progress, preferences, activity information, and other information that you provide while using the app, may be retained while your account is active to provide the app's functionality.

When your account is deleted, associated personal data will be deleted or anonymized, except where information must be retained to comply with applicable legal requirements, prevent fraud or abuse, resolve disputes, or protect our legitimate interests.

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

Request Data Deletion

Once a deletion request is submitted and verified, your account and associated personal data will be permanently deleted from our systems within a reasonable timeframe, except for information that we are required or permitted to retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or other legitimate purposes.

Backups and Security Logs

Some information may temporarily remain in encrypted backups or security logs after account deletion. Such information will be removed or overwritten according to our backup and security retention procedures and will not be used to restore your deleted account or for unrelated purposes.

Firebase Authentication

Raitmon uses Firebase Authentication to provide account authentication and sign-in functionality. Authentication-related information is retained while your account is active and is deleted when your Raitmon account is deleted, subject to applicable legal or legitimate retention requirements.

Children’s Privacy

Our app is not directed to children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
