Vertical At Night / Vertical

These paintings were inspired by a photo I found on Facebook. The sun shining through the trees and the rays of light that pierced through the blue sky in the background created a vertical presence frequently found in nature. After it was complete my son asked I do it as if it were night time and "Vertical At Night" was born
