Raine Cabo ’26 is the official attendee application for the 2026 Raine Cabo Getaway. Access to the app is limited to invited and registered attendees.
The app is designed to provide attendees with personalized event information, including schedules, activities, transportation details, announcements, event resources, attendee directory information, and communication with the Raine event team.
Information we may collect and use
The app may use information provided during event registration or supplied by the attendee, including:
Name, company, title, and email address
Profile information and profile photo, if provided
Personalized schedule and activity assignments
Flight and transportation information
Hotel or arrival information relevant to the event
In-app messages sent to the event team
Notification preferences and device push-notification tokens
Attendee directory visibility preferences
This information is used solely to support participation in the 2026 Raine Cabo Getaway and to provide the attendee experience within the app.
Attendee Directory
The attendee directory is available only to eligible event attendees after check-in. Directory information may include an attendee’s name, company, title, and profile photo when available.
Attendees may opt out of appearing in the attendee directory through their profile settings.
Push Notifications
With permission, the app may send push notifications regarding event announcements, schedule updates, activities, transportation, or other information related to the Cabo Getaway.
Push notifications can be managed through the device’s notification settings.
Messages
Messages sent through the app are intended for communication between attendees and the Raine event team. The app does not provide attendee-to-attendee messaging.
How information is shared
Information collected through the app is used for event administration and attendee support. Personal information is not sold to advertisers or used for third-party advertising.
Information may be accessible to authorized members of the Raine event team and service providers used to operate the application and event, solely as necessary to provide those services.
