Rainbow Cross respects the privacy of its users. This Privacy Policy explains how the “2027 Calendar” application handles user information.

2. Notes
The application provides a Notes feature.
Notes entered by users are stored locally on the user's device. The application does not automatically upload the contents of notes to Rainbow Cross servers, and Rainbow Cross does not access or collect the contents of users' notes.
Updating the application normally does not delete stored notes. However, locally stored notes may be lost if the application is uninstalled, its application data is cleared, or the device is lost or replaced.
3. Notes Backup and Restore
The application may provide export and import features that allow users to back up and restore their notes.
When exporting a backup, users may choose where the backup file is stored. The application does not automatically upload notes or backup files to Rainbow Cross servers.
If a user chooses to save or share a backup file using a third-party service, such as a cloud storage service, the handling of that data will be subject to the privacy policy and terms of the selected third-party service.
Users are responsible for securely storing any backup files they export.
4. Advertising and Analytics
The application currently does not contain third-party advertising services.
The application does not use Firebase Analytics or other third-party analytics services to track user activity.
5. Accounts and Sign-In
The application does not provide user accounts and does not use third-party sign-in services.
Users are not required to provide personal account information to use the application.
6. Public Holiday Information
The application provides public holiday information for various countries and regions.
Some public holiday information may be obtained from governments, official organisations, or publicly available third-party data sources. The application may use an internet connection to obtain or update certain public holiday information.
The process of obtaining or updating public holiday information does not upload the contents of users' notes or notes backups to Rainbow Cross servers.
Public holiday information is provided for reference only. Holiday arrangements may change due to government announcements, changes in law, or other circumstances. Users who require definitive holiday information should refer to the latest information published by the relevant government or official authorities.
7. Sharing of Information
Rainbow Cross does not sell, rent, or trade users' personal information.
Because the application does not automatically upload users' notes or notes backups to Rainbow Cross servers, Rainbow Cross does not receive such content for other purposes or for sharing with third parties.
If users choose to share or store backup files through another application or service, that action is initiated and controlled by the user.
8. Data Security
Notes are primarily stored locally on the user's device.
Users are responsible for protecting their devices and securely storing any notes backup files they choose to export.
Rainbow Cross cannot access or recover notes or backup data that were stored only on a user's device and have subsequently been deleted, lost, or damaged.
9. Children's Privacy
The application does not knowingly collect personal information from children or other users.
The application does not require an account and does not require users to provide personally identifiable information in order to use its calendar and notes features.
