USAGE OF INFORMATION

We use the information we collect to show (personalized) ads in our Apps to finance the development and improvement of the Apps, because if we would not show personalized ads we could not generate an income to pay the costs needed to develop the apps (for example labor costs) and therefore the user could not use this App.

We use the information we collect to constantly improve our Apps and make them better for you. We use the information to understand and optimize how our Apps are used, improve our marketing efforts, provide our content and features that are of interest to you, for statistics, analytics, research and development in order to continuously improve our apps and make them better for you. This includes correcting technical malfunctions, customization, providing better and improved content, developing new offers, measuring traffic and usage of our apps, promoting the apps and improving the user experience.

SHARING OF INFORMATION:

The user information that is stored by us, shall only be shared according to the following guidelines:

ADS FOR CHILDREN UNDER 13:

We accept advertisements from the third party ad networks Admob Google Inc. which may be displayed in or App. These third parties and networks are carefully selected to preserve compliance with applicable privacy laws, and we confirm with each that they are compliant with the US Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 and the rules promulgated by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) under that Act, including but not limited to the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Rule 16 C.F.R. Part 312 in performance of their services. Note that if the user of the Apps clicks on any of these advertisements, the user will leave our apps and go to the advertisers’ site the user selected, and the advertisers may use cookies and other web-tracking technologies to collect Non-personal Information and / or personally identifiable information. We recommend that the legal guardian of a kid review the terms of use and privacy policy for any advertiser with whom you and/or the user of the kids apps are interacting before doing so. Their privacy policy, not ours, will apply to any of those interactions. In addition, may, at its discretion, advertise other Apps within the App. Because we use our age-gate we only show contextual advertisements to children under 13.

ADS FOR PEOPLE WHO ARE 13 OR OLDER:

We share collected information with third parties, including analytics providers, tracking providers, third party advertising providers and other third party service providers that support the apps (Collectively referred to as “partners”). We may share information that can be used to personally identity your device (e.g. persistent identifiers such as IDFA, IDFV, advertising ID and IP address) for the purposes of delivering our services, displaying advertisements, conducting analysis and research and for measuring our and our partner’s advertising campaign performance. We work together with third party service providers to integrate ads (video interstitial sticky ads, static interstitial and banners) into our apps. These ads shall be displayed in our apps.
