Railnivo (“we”, “us”, or “our”) develops Railnivo: Train Logic (the “Game”). This policy explains the gameplay information we collect, how we use it, how long we retain it, and how to contact us about privacy.
The Game records and uploads the following information as you interact with it:
Interaction events: clicks and taps within the Game.
Level events: when you start a level and when you complete a level.
Gameplay duration: time spent playing the Game.
Identifiers: device or user identifiers associated with these events.
These identifiers allow events to be associated with a device or user. The gameplay information described here is therefore not treated as anonymous merely because the Game has no registration or sign-in.
Gameplay events and their associated identifiers are uploaded to Railnivo’s own servers. We use this information to analyze how users interact with the Game, including their interactions, level progression, and time spent playing.
The Game has no advertisements, in-app purchases, or subscriptions.
The retention period for the gameplay events and associated identifiers described above is three months, unless the data is deleted earlier in response to your request.

Tell us that you want your gameplay data deleted. If available, include the device or user identifier associated with the Game so we can locate the records. We may ask for information needed to verify your request and identify the relevant data. After verification and identification, we will delete the associated gameplay events and identifiers from our servers.
Stopping use of the Game stops you from generating new gameplay interactions. It does not itself delete information already uploaded to our servers. You can use the email process above to request deletion before the three-month retention period ends.
The Game does not offer registration or user accounts, so there is no account to close through an account-deletion process.
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights concerning access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data, or the restriction of or objection to its use. Where processing relies on consent, you may have the right to withdraw that consent. You may also have the right to complain to a data protection authority.

If you email us, we receive your email address, the contents of your message, and any attachments you choose to send. We use this information to handle your inquiry and reply to you. Our listed support address uses Gmail to receive and send email.
The three-month retention period in this policy describes gameplay analytics records. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in support messages.
The Game is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed at children. Parents or guardians with questions about information associated with a child’s use of the Game can contact us at the email address below.
We may update this policy when the Game or its data practices change. The latest version will be available on this page with an updated date.
