Rail Shift: Cargo Master — Support
A railway switching puzzle. Every train carries cargo, every factory wants one kind of cargo in one colour, and you throw the junctions so each train reaches the right door.

To get a useful answer on the first reply, include:
your device (for example, iPhone 13 or Samsung Galaxy A54) and its iOS or Android version
the app version, from the App Store or Google Play page of the game
the mode you were playing (a campaign level number, or the endless wave)
what you expected to happen, and what happened instead
For anything involving a purchase, please also see Purchases and refunds below — refunds are handled by Apple or Google, not by us, and writing to us first only adds a delay.
How to play
Tap a junction to switch its track. Send every train to the factory that matches its cargo: oil tanks go to the oil factory of their own colour, and a lumber factory of that colour is a miss.
Each game starts with a short count in. Trains do not move until GO, but you can already switch junctions, so use it to look at the board. The first time you play, a short walkthrough explains the controls.
Campaign
Twenty hand-tuned levels. A level ends when all its trains have arrived, and the stars depend on how many went to the wrong factory:
★★★ — no misses
★★ — up to two misses
★ — up to four misses
More than that is TRY AGAIN. One star or better unlocks the next level. Your best result is kept, so replaying a level can never take a star away.
Endless
One board, wave after wave, for as long as your hearts last.
Hearts. You start with three. Every train delivered to the wrong factory costs one. Some trains carry a heart — get that train to the right factory and the heart is yours (six at most). At zero hearts the run is over.
Score is the number of trains delivered to the right factory, over all waves. It is what the home page shows as BEST and what goes to the leaderboard.
Between waves a summary shows your score, your hearts, the rails you got for the next wave and what changed on the board — a new factory, or an old one knocked down and replaced by another.
Building. A new factory arrives with no track to it. Tap an empty cell to lay a rail, drag from one rail to the next to join them, and use RIP UP to take rails back into your hand. UNDO takes back your last change. Every factory needs a rail to its door, and nothing crosses the river but the bridge. Press SEND WAVE when you are ready.
Your progress
Campaign stars, your endless best and your settings are stored on your device only. There is no account to create and nothing is synced to a server. That means:
Deleting the app deletes them. They do not come back when you reinstall.
They do not move between devices.
An endless run is saved automatically, even if the app is closed or your phone stops it in the background. The home page then offers CONTINUE. NEW GAME throws the saved run away and starts again.
Scores posted to the leaderboard and the Remove Ads purchase are the exceptions — those belong to your Apple or Google account and follow you.
Leaderboard
The LEADERBOARD button on the home page opens the Endless board — Game Center on iPhone and iPad, Google Play Games on Android. Every finished endless run is submitted, and the board keeps your best. The campaign has no leaderboard.
If the leaderboard is empty or will not open, you are almost certainly not signed in. On iOS open Settings → Game Center and sign in; on Android make sure Google Play Games is signed in. Then reopen the game. The leaderboard also needs an internet connection.
Ads and the Remove Ads purchase
The game is free. A banner ad appears only while the game is stopped — over the pause menu and the result cards — never over a running board. Remove Ads is a one-time purchase that takes the banner away for good: Option → REMOVE ADS.
Restoring your purchase
Option → RESTORE PURCHASE.
Remove Ads is tied to the Apple Account or Google account that bought it, not to a device. Sign in with that account on a new phone or tablet, tap RESTORE PURCHASE, and the banner goes away again at no extra charge.
If it does not work:
Check that you are signed in with the same account that made the purchase. This is by far the most common cause.
Check that the device is online. Restoring needs to reach the store.
Try once more after a minute — a busy store can time out.
If it still does not restore, email us with the date of the purchase and we will help you look into it.
Purchases and refunds
Apple and Google handle all billing, and only they can issue a refund. We cannot see your payment details and we cannot reverse a charge.
iPhone and iPad: request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com, signed in with the Apple Account that was charged.
Android: open your order history at play.google.com, or follow Google Play's refund help at support.google.com/googleplay.
Sound
Option → MUSIC and SOUND EFFECT, or the same switches in the pause menu during a game.
Requirements
iPhone and iPad with iOS 15.6 or later, or Android 7.0 or later. The game works offline apart from ads, the leaderboard and purchases.
Privacy
The game asks for no account and no personal details in order to be played. It does not use your camera, your microphone or your location. It shows banner ads served by Google AdMob, and it talks to Game Center or Google Play Games for the leaderboard and to the App Store or Google Play for the Remove Ads purchase. Our privacy policy explains what each of those involves: privacy policy.
Something else?
Write to ypok.contact@gmail.com and tell us what happened. Reports about a board that seems impossible are welcome — include the level number, or the wave number in endless.
