Key Objective: Evaluating Physico-Mechanical Properties.
Materials: Polypropylene, Pineapple Leaf Fiber, Banana Fiber.
Method: Alkaline treatment of the fiber then Fabrication of composite sample through Injection molding and Carver Heat Press Machine. Gamma Irradiation of the reinforced composite sample through 5, 7.5 kGy then Characterization of the sample through Water Uptake, Soil Degradation, Tensile, Impact, FTIR, SEM, and Thermogravimetric Analysis (TGA).
Output: Optimized Mechanical Properties, Minimal Water Absorption, Good Fiber-Matrix Adhesion, Thermal Stability, Degradation and Environmental Interaction.
Key Objective: Smart Electric Circuit Board Application of Polymer Composite
Materials: Polypropylene, Jute Fiber, Copper Wire.
Method: Fabrication of composite through Carver Heat Press Machine. Gamma Irradiation of the reinforced composite sample through 5, 7.5 kGy then Characterization of the sample through Electrical Conductivity, Water Uptake, Soil Degradation, Tensile, Impact, FTIR, SEM, and Thermogravimetric Analysis (TGA).
Output: High Mechanical Properties, Better Electrical Conductivity, Thermal Stability, Minimal Water Absorption, Good Fiber-Matrix Adhesion.
