Created and maintained a comprehensive Logistics Monitoring Report to track the flow and usage of goods across departments, serving as a critical tool in planning the annual logistics budget. Leveraged Microsoft Excel with VBA macros to develop a simple yet effective input form that streamlined the recording of inbound and outbound goods. This automation reduced manual errors, improved data consistency, and enhanced visibility for decision-makers. This template is designed to automatically calculate employee attendance based on their daily shift input. Key features include:
Auto-counting total days present, leave, sick days, permission (izin), and late arrivals.
Auto-highlighting weekends and public holidays using conditional formatting — making non-working days instantly visible.
Dynamic month selector: easily change the working month through a dropdown, and all dates, weekdays, and highlights adjust automatically.
This tool helps administrative teams save time on manual tracking, improves accuracy in monthly reporting, and adds clarity through its clean visual indicators.

Led a comprehensive Excel training program for 14 administrative staff members, aimed at enhancing their technical proficiency and efficiency in daily office operations. Designed and delivered four structured sessions, beginning with foundational Excel skills and progressing to intermediate-level topics including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, IF and other logical functions, as well as productivity-enhancing features. The training emphasized real-world application, hands-on exercises, and practical case studies tailored to their job functions. Received positive feedback for engaging delivery and clarity in breaking down complex functions into easy-to-understand steps.
Actively contributed as part of the creative team for various internal company events, including monthly assemblies and One Hour Insight (a company-wide webinar series). Responsible for end-to-end technical and creative preparation to ensure smooth execution of each event. Key responsibilities included creating attendance links, operating technical platforms (Zoom/Teams), managing time during sessions, designing digital pamphlets, and contributing creative ideas for interactive segments such as games and quizzes. Recognized for strong attention to detail, multitasking, and creative input in enhancing employee engagement.
Served as part of the internal MC team for four official company events, and received certification as an MC through an internal company program. As the Master of Ceremony, I was responsible for guiding the flow of each event, ensuring it stayed on schedule, and keeping participants engaged from start to finish. This role required excellent public speaking, time management, and adaptability to different event formats and audiences.
