Part I - User Agreement / Terms of Use
1. WHO WE ARE AND WHAT THIS AGREEMENT COVERS
This User Agreement is between you and RaidsRobotics, the developer and publisher identified for Poker Offline: Casino Royale on its app-store listing (the Operator). It governs the app, its games, local guest profile, virtual items, updates, support and any related services. By selecting GUEST, installing, accessing or using the app, you confirm that you have read and accept this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. ELIGIBILITY AND AGE
The app is intended only for people aged 18 or older and for people legally permitted to use simulated casino games where they live. You confirm that you meet every applicable minimum age and eligibility requirement, that you have legal capacity to agree, and that your use is not prohibited by local law. The app is not directed to children. A parent or guardian must not permit an ineligible minor to use the app or make a purchase.
3. ENTERTAINMENT ONLY - NO REAL-MONEY GAMBLING
The app is an offline, entertainment-only simulated casino. It does not accept real-money wagers and does not award money, property or anything redeemable for money or money's worth. Virtual chips, XP, ranks, spins, cosmetics and other virtual items are gameplay features only. They are not currency, deposits, stored value, investments or property; they cannot be cashed out, sold, transferred, exchanged outside the app or used to participate in real-world gambling. Success in the app does not indicate likely success in real gambling.
4. LIMITED LICENCE
Subject to this Agreement, the Operator gives you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the app for private, non-commercial entertainment on a supported device. The app, gameplay, virtual chips, XP, spins, ranks, cosmetics and other virtual content are licensed, not sold. You do not acquire ownership of the app or any virtual item. Save data is a technical record of gameplay and has no monetary value or independent property right. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. Store-provider terms also apply and prevail where they impose mandatory platform rules. Nothing in this section limits mandatory rights relating to a completed purchase.
5. GAMEPLAY, ODDS AND RESULTS
Game outcomes may involve random or pseudo-random processes. Displayed odds, rules and payouts describe virtual gameplay only. Unless a feature expressly states otherwise, prior results do not affect future results. The Operator may correct a clear technical, display, calculation or settlement error. Where a paid product provides access to randomised virtual rewards, applicable odds will be disclosed clearly and close to the purchase before payment. No uninterrupted session, particular result, rank, reward or continued feature availability is guaranteed.
6. GUEST PROFILE, SAVES AND DEVICE RESPONSIBILITY
The guest profile is primarily stored on the device. You are responsible for controlling access to the device and keeping its operating system and store account secure. Uninstalling, clearing app data, replacing a device, storage failure, unauthorised modification or an unsupported backup process may remove local progress. Recovery features may restore a valid backup but cannot guarantee recovery in every case.
7. VIRTUAL ITEMS AND PURCHASES
If purchases are enabled, each offer will identify what is provided. Chip packs, extra Daily Spins and Royal Spins are consumable one-off items unless an offer explicitly says otherwise. Cosmetics may be durable for the supported life of the app, but remain licensed virtual content. Prices, taxes, availability and currency conversion are handled through the authorised app store. You authorise the store provider to charge the displayed price. Payment-card details are handled by the store provider, not by this app. Purchases are subject to the store provider's billing and refund processes and to mandatory consumer law. Nothing in this Agreement removes a legal right to a refund, remedy, repair, replacement or cancellation. Where law permits, used consumables and delivered digital content are otherwise final. A reversed, refunded, fraudulent or unauthorised transaction may result in the associated unused virtual items being removed.
8. REWARDED ADVERTISING AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Rewarded ads are optional. A reward is granted only after the advertising provider confirms successful completion. Ad availability, content and network delivery are controlled in part by third parties and are not guaranteed. Store, billing, advertising, operating-system and external-link services have their own terms and privacy practices. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator is not responsible for delay, interruption or loss caused solely by a third party, device, network or event outside the Operator's reasonable control. This does not affect any applicable right to support, restoration, replacement or refund where payment was taken but purchased content was not supplied. Privacy Choices are separate from this Agreement. Either advertising choice permits the app to request a rewarded ad; rejecting non-essential processing asks supported partners to provide non-personalized or contextual ads instead.
9. ACCEPTABLE USE
You must not: cheat; automate play; use bots, scripts or input tools; exploit or conceal a bug; manipulate saves, clocks, ad callbacks, purchase receipts, rewards, balances or results; reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or extract algorithms, source code or random-number seed data, except strictly to the extent mandatory law non-waivably permits it, including for lawful software interoperability; circumvent security or technical limits; distribute malware; copy or commercially exploit app content; impersonate another person; harass anyone; or use the app for unlawful gambling, money laundering, fraud or any illegal purpose. Please report material vulnerabilities privately through the support contact shown on the store listing.
10. UPDATES, CHANGES AND AVAILABILITY
The Operator may add, rebalance, correct, suspend or remove features, virtual items, rules, rewards, compatibility or content for security, legal, technical, economic or gameplay reasons. This includes reasonable changes to mechanics, virtual economies, reward rates and odds. Changes do not remove mandatory rights or remedies relating to completed purchases, and material changes affecting paid content will be handled in accordance with applicable law and store-provider rules. Material changes will be notified where required by law. An update may be required to continue using the app. The Operator may discontinue future support, updates or online services after reasonable advance notice where practicable. Previously purchased content, restoration rights and any refunds or other remedies will remain subject to applicable law and store-provider requirements.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The app, code, artwork, audio, characters, interfaces, text, logos and other content are owned by or licensed to the Operator and protected by intellectual-property laws. Casino game names and rules may be descriptive; no licence is granted to the app's original presentation, assets or software. If you voluntarily provide non-confidential feedback or suggestions, you grant the Operator a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, modify and incorporate that feedback into products and services without payment or attribution. This feedback licence does not apply to personal data, support communications or material you do not have authority to license.
12. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
You may stop using and uninstall the app at any time. Where technically available and where the Operator reasonably believes there has been a material breach, fraud, cheating, botting, an exploit, a security risk or a legal requirement, the Operator may take proportionate action. This may include suspending access, correcting or removing balances or items obtained through the violation, restricting support channels in response to serious or repeated abuse, or terminating this licence. Where reasonably practicable, the Operator will provide a reason and an opportunity to appeal. Legitimately purchased entitlements and any required remedies remain subject to applicable law and store-provider rules. Provisions which by nature should survive termination continue to apply, including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits and dispute terms.
13. DISCLAIMERS
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided as is and as available, without promises beyond those expressly stated. For business users, all implied warranties, conditions and representations are excluded to the fullest lawful extent. The Operator does not promise that the app will be error-free, compatible with every device, continuously available or free from every harmful component, or that any virtual result, ad, reward, save or external service will remain available. You are responsible for deciding whether the app meets your needs and for maintaining reasonable device and account safeguards. Nothing here excludes any warranty, guarantee or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, wilful misconduct, breach of mandatory consumer rights, or any other liability that law does not allow to be excluded. Subject to those protections and to the maximum extent permitted by law, a consumer may recover direct loss that was reasonably foreseeable and caused by the Operator's breach. The Operator is not liable to a consumer for business losses or for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. The Operator is not responsible for loss caused solely by an app store, ad provider, network, device fault, unsupported modification or event beyond the Operator's reasonable control, without limiting any mandatory support, restoration or refund right. For a business user, indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, goodwill, anticipated savings, data or virtual progress is excluded to the fullest lawful extent, and the Operator's aggregate liability arising from the app or this Agreement will not exceed the greater of GBP 10 and the amount that user paid for the app during the previous 12 months.
15. YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for direct loss reasonably caused by your unlawful use, fraud or material breach. This does not require a consumer to indemnify the Operator for the Operator's own negligence or for liability that cannot lawfully be transferred.
16. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
Before starting a claim, each party should send a written notice describing the dispute, requested resolution and relevant app or transaction details to the other party. Notices to the Operator must be sent to raidsrobotics@gmail.com. The parties will use good-faith efforts to resolve the dispute for 30 days after receipt. This process does not prevent urgent interim relief and does not require anyone to let a legal limitation period expire. This Agreement and any non-contractual dispute are governed by the laws of England and Wales. A consumer nevertheless keeps any mandatory protection of the law of their country of residence and may bring proceedings in any court that mandatory consumer-jurisdiction rules permit. If you use the app wholly or mainly for business purposes, the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction and you waive objections to that forum to the fullest extent permitted by law. No pre-dispute arbitration is mandatory for a consumer. After a dispute arises, the parties may agree in writing to confidential mediation or arbitration in England and Wales. Nothing in this section removes a non-waivable right, hinders access to a lawful remedy or dictates whether a court hearing must be in person.
17. GENERAL TERMS
If a provision is invalid, it will be limited only as much as necessary and the remaining terms continue. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. You may not transfer this Agreement without consent; the Operator may transfer it with the app or business subject to applicable law. This Agreement and the documents it incorporates are the complete agreement about the app, without limiting statements that law makes binding. No person other than you and the Operator has a right to enforce this Agreement, except a lawful successor or assignee. If a translation conflicts with the English version, the English version prevails to the extent permitted by applicable law. Mandatory local-language and consumer protections remain unaffected.
18. CONTACT AND RESPONSIBLE PLAY
For legal, purchase or support questions, contact raidsrobotics@gmail.com. Take regular breaks. If simulated casino play causes distress or encourages harmful real-world gambling, stop playing and seek local support. The online terms and privacy page is https://sites.google.com/view/raidsrobotics-privacy/home.
Part II - Privacy and Storage Technologies Notice
1. SCOPE AND CONTROLLER
This worldwide Privacy & Storage Technologies Notice explains how Poker Offline: Casino Royale handles information. The data controller is RaidsRobotics (the Operator). Contact: raidsrobotics@gmail.com. This Notice applies to the app, guest profile, optional Google Play Games cloud save, support, optional rewarded ads, optional Google Analytics for Firebase and any enabled purchases. Selecting GUEST acknowledges this Notice; it is not consent to cloud save, non-essential analytics, targeted advertising or marketing. Google Play Games connection is a separate optional choice. On Android, Google's privacy message manages the advertising and analytics choices it offers. Your consent choice may be saved and reused on later launches until you change it or Google requires a renewed choice. Firebase Analytics collection remains off unless that message supplies an explicit grant for analytics storage. It remains off if the grant is missing, declined, not applicable or not configured. Advertising eligibility is not treated as analytics consent. Rejecting personalized advertising asks supported advertising partners to use non-personalized or contextual ads, subject to applicable law. Declining analytics does not prevent ordinary gameplay, local saving or purchases.
2. INFORMATION HANDLED
Local gameplay and profile data: display name, avatar choice, virtual-chip balance, XP, level, rank, challenges, rewards, settings, game statistics, hand history, virtual entitlements, transaction journal, recovery data and policy acceptance. These items are stored in the app's private storage on your device. Reward-claim records include whether a one-time joining or promotional bonus has been claimed and the related virtual-chip transaction. These records form part of the game save and are included in optional cloud saves. An additional local recovery receipt may be associated with the guest profile or the verified account hash described below. These records help prevent duplicate rewards and recover interrupted grants.
Optional cloud-save data: if you choose to connect Google Play Games, the app sends a protected copy of gameplay and profile progress, including virtual balances, statistics, entitlements and the transaction journal, to Google Play Games Saved Games. Device-only preferences such as advertising consent, audio, haptics, notification settings and policy acceptance are not included in that cloud copy. The app uses the Google Play Games player identifier to bind the save to the signed-in account, but stores only a one-way hash of that identifier in its own save metadata. This hash is account-linked, pseudonymous information; it is not anonymous. Google may separately process account, authentication, service and technical data under its own privacy policy.
Device and technical data: app version, operating system, device model, language, time zone, crash or diagnostic information, network information and security or fraud signals, but only when an enabled platform or service provides or requires them.
Purchase data: product identifier, price/currency, purchase state, store order or transaction reference, entitlement and refund/reversal status. The authorised app store processes your payment credentials; the Operator does not need your complete card or bank details.
Advertising data: if rewarded advertising is enabled, Unity LevelPlay and mediated advertising partners may process IP address, advertising or app-instance identifiers, approximate location derived from IP, device/app information, consent signals, ad requests, impressions, clicks, completion events and fraud-prevention data. On Android, supported partners read Google's consent signals before advertising starts; the legacy in-game advertising choice is used only on supported other platforms. Rejecting non-essential processing does not prevent technical data strictly needed to request, deliver, secure and verify a contextual or non-personalized rewarded ad.
Optional analytics data: when analytics storage is explicitly allowed, Google Analytics for Firebase may process app-instance and session identifiers, screen and session events, app version, device model, operating system, language and approximate region derived from an IP address. Advertising identifiers and advertising-related use are subject to the corresponding consent signals and enabled settings. The app records the first_round_completed milestone when an eligible player first completes a qualifying round in any of the following game modes: Blackjack, Texas Hold'em, Roulette, Video Poker, Slots, Baccarat or Pai Gow Poker. A game_mode parameter identifies the mode. This is a first qualifying completion milestone, not an event sent for every round. It is recorded only when analytics collection is allowed; previous gameplay completed without that permission is not retrospectively reported through this milestone. That custom event does not include the cards dealt, hand history, virtual-chip balance, display name or Google Play Games player identifier. Firebase may automatically report supported in-app purchases or subscriptions with product identifiers and price/currency while collection is enabled; it does not receive payment-card details from this event.
Support data: if you contact support, the Operator may receive your contact details, message, attachments, device/app details you provide and records needed to resolve the request. The app does not intentionally request precise location, contacts, microphone, camera, health data, government IDs or payment-card numbers for ordinary gameplay. If a future feature changes this, this Notice and any required permission or consent flow must be updated before collection.
3. SOURCES
Information comes from you and your gameplay, the device and operating system, Google Play Games when you choose to connect it, the authorised app store, advertising or diagnostic providers that are actually enabled, Google Analytics for Firebase when analytics storage is explicitly allowed, and support communications. The app does not buy personal-information profiles from data brokers.
4. PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASES
The Operator uses information to provide and save the game, restore and synchronise progress through optional Google Play Games cloud save, including automatic backups after a successful connection and initial sync, protect progress during conflicts or account changes, process and restore entitlements, maintain security, detect fraud or corrupted saves, record one-time reward claims to help prevent duplicate rewards, respond to support, comply with law, measure reliability and show an optional rewarded ad. Optional Firebase Analytics helps the Operator understand which game modes players start playing and measure whether acquisition campaigns bring players who complete a round. When the Analytics property is linked to Google Ads, permitted event and conversion metrics may be used to measure campaign performance and improve player acquisition, subject to applicable analytics and advertising consent signals. Depending on location and context, the legal basis is performance of the user agreement, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests in operating and securing the app, protection of legal claims, or consent. Firebase Analytics collection in this app requires an explicit analytics-storage grant; acceptance of this Notice or permission to request an ad is not a substitute. Where legitimate interests apply, the Operator must balance them against your rights. Consent may be withdrawn prospectively without affecting earlier lawful use.
5. LOCAL STORAGE, COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES
The native app does not need ordinary browser cookies for core gameplay. It uses device storage for saves, settings, security, purchase entitlements and this acknowledgement. These are strictly necessary to provide choices or features you request. If you choose to connect Google Play Games cloud save, the app contacts that service to restore or synchronise your saved progress. After a successful connection and initial sync, it may automatically back up changes to saved progress during that connected session and attempt a backup when the app is paused or closed. A backup may not finish if the app is stopped, the connection is unavailable or the service cannot complete the request. The app does not continuously upload after it is closed. Connecting the same Google Play Games account after reinstalling the app or clearing local data can restore an available cloud save. Restoration depends on a valid save having been uploaded successfully and being available from that account; it is not guaranteed in every case. Play Offline and local saving remain available without connecting cloud save. SDKs may use identifiers, local storage, software development kits or other technologies that function like cookies on a mobile device. When analytics collection is allowed, Firebase Analytics uses app-instance identifiers and local event storage to measure use of the app. Non-essential analytics, advertising measurement, profiling or targeted-ad technologies require the applicable separate choices. You can also reset the device advertising ID or change privacy controls in the operating-system settings.
6. SHARING AND DISCLOSURE
Information may be disclosed only as needed to: Google Play Games when you choose to connect cloud save, including automatic backups while connected; authorised app stores and billing providers; Google for Firebase Analytics and linked Google Ads conversion measurement when the applicable choices allow it; advertising partners for a reward you request and subject to applicable consent; hosting, support, security, diagnostics or professional advisers actually used by the Operator; a buyer or successor in a lawful business transaction; or authorities and other parties where reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights, investigate fraud or protect safety. Service providers must be restricted by contract where required. The Operator does not sell personal information for money. Certain targeted-ad disclosures may be treated as a sale, sharing or targeted advertising under some US laws; where applicable, they must remain off until the required choice is offered and any opt-out is honoured. Advertising providers may include Unity LevelPlay, ironSource Ads, Unity Ads and mediated partners actually enabled in the LevelPlay account. Unity's game-player privacy notice is available at https://unity.com/legal/game-player-and-app-user-privacy-policy. Google Play and Google Play Games process store, billing, account and Saved Games data under Google's policies. Google describes its use of information from apps using its services at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and Firebase privacy practices at https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy. Additional Google Analytics data-sharing, audience or advertising features must be reflected in the public privacy notice and applicable choices if enabled. Other mediated partners, if enabled, must be identified on the public privacy page or through a partner list made available to the user.
7. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
Providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, the Operator must use an adequacy decision, approved contractual clauses, certification, consent or another lawful transfer mechanism, plus supplementary safeguards when necessary. You may ask the privacy contact for information about the applicable safeguard.
8. RETENTION
Local profile and save information remains until you clear app data, uninstall, use an available deletion control, or it is replaced through normal save rotation. Local primary/backup files, a bounded transaction history and a small bounded set of conflict-recovery archives may be retained in private device storage to protect recovery and integrity. If cloud save is connected, one cloud copy remains in Google Play Games until replaced or deleted under the applicable Google account or service controls. Clearing app data or uninstalling does not by itself delete that cloud copy. Purchase records are retained as needed to provide entitlements, handle refunds, prevent fraud and meet tax/accounting duties. Support records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for the request and legal claims. Firebase Analytics event and user data are retained according to the configured Google Analytics property retention settings. You may ask the privacy contact for the applicable retention setting and linked-product retention; Google's retention guidance is at https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/7667196. Aggregated reporting may be retained differently from individual event data. Withdrawing consent stops future permitted collection but does not automatically erase all previously processed reports or linked-product records. Provider retention periods must be listed in the public notice or linked provider notices. Data is deleted or anonymised when no longer needed, subject to legal holds and mandatory retention.
9. SECURITY
The Operator uses proportionate technical and organisational measures designed to protect information, including app-private storage, integrity checks, atomic save replacement, account-bound cloud metadata and backup recovery. No system is perfectly secure. Keep the device and store account protected and contact support if you suspect unauthorised access. A qualifying breach will be assessed and notified as required by applicable law.
10. YOUR CHOICES
You may decline Google Play Games connection and choose Play Offline; ordinary gameplay and local saving remain available. A remembered cloud-save connection can be changed by signing out of Google Play Games or using applicable Google account controls. You may disable optional local notifications in the app or device settings. You may decline optional rewarded ads; ordinary gameplay remains available, although the optional reward is not granted. Use Privacy Choices in the in-game settings to reopen Google's privacy message where it is offered, review its advertising and analytics choices and withdraw analytics permission. Firebase Analytics remains off when that message does not supply an explicit analytics-storage grant, including when the purpose is not applicable or not configured for the user. Changing the analytics choice to denied stops Firebase Analytics collection; changing advertising choices applies the corresponding treatment for later requests. These changes do not undo processing already lawfully completed. Clearing app data or uninstalling removes local profile data from that device but may not delete a Google Play Games cloud save or records independently held by a store, advertising, analytics or support provider; use the relevant provider controls or contact the relevant party or the Operator for those records. Declining analytics does not restrict ordinary gameplay, local saving or purchases.
11. WORLDWIDE PRIVACY RIGHTS
Depending on your location and whether a law applies to the Operator, you may have rights to know or access information, receive a copy, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, opt out of sale/sharing or targeted advertising, limit use of sensitive information, obtain data portability, appeal a refusal, and complain to a regulator. You will not be discriminated against for exercising a right. Some rights have exceptions and identity may need to be verified. An authorised agent may submit a request where local law allows. EEA, UK and Switzerland: rights may include access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent, plus a complaint to the competent supervisory authority. You may object separately to direct marketing at any time. United States: residents of California and other states with applicable privacy laws may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, obtain a portable copy, opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising or qualifying profiling, limit certain sensitive-data uses, and appeal. The Operator does not knowingly sell personal information for money. Brazil: where the LGPD applies, rights may include confirmation, access, correction, anonymisation/blocking/deletion, portability, information about sharing and consent, withdrawal, review and a complaint to the ANPD. Canada: where Canadian private-sector law applies, you may seek access and correction and withdraw consent subject to legal or contractual limits; consent information must be understandable. Australia and New Zealand: where applicable, you may request access or correction and complain to the Operator and relevant privacy regulator. India: when the Digital Personal Data Protection framework applies, rights may include information about processing, correction, completion, erasure, grievance redress and nomination. Japan and South Korea: where APPI or PIPA applies, rights may include disclosure/access, correction, deletion or suspension of use and information about overseas provision, subject to law. Other countries: the Operator will honour any additional mandatory privacy right that applies. Submit a request through raidsrobotics@gmail.com and identify your country, request and relevant device/store information..
12. ADULT USE
The app is intended for adults aged 18 and over and is not directed to children. The Operator does not knowingly collect personal information from a child in breach of COPPA, the UK Children's Code, GDPR-family laws or other child-privacy rules. If you believe a child has provided information, contact the Operator so it can be investigated and deleted where required. Advertising must not be personalised to a known child.
13. AUTOMATED DECISIONS
Game rules automatically calculate virtual outcomes, rewards, rank and AI actions. These entertainment decisions do not produce legal or similarly significant effects. Fraud or purchase checks may use automated signals, with human review where required by law.
14. CHANGES AND CONTACT
This Notice may change when features, providers or laws change. The date and version will be updated and renewed acknowledgement or consent will be requested where required. For privacy questions, rights requests or complaints, email raidsrobotics@gmail.com. You may also complain to the privacy regulator in your country. Mandatory local law prevails over any inconsistent wording in this Notice. This notice is available at https://sites.google.com/view/raidsrobotics-privacy/home and https://raidsrobotics.com/privacy/.
