a. Mon-Wed-Friday: Conditioning
Push yourself to run 1.5 - 2 miles each Mon, Wed, Fri in morning or evening when temperatures are cooler.
30 Minutes of Technical Foot skills
Drink Plenty of Fluids to Stay Hydrated
Program Led Conditioning Sessions have consisted of Running
Hills
1-1.5 miles consistently
Ten reps of 50- yard sprints with 30 second break between sprints building up to ten reps of 100-yard sprints with 30 second break between sprints
Resistance band exercises with partner.
b. Tues & Thurs: Strength Training

Coach Derek has been providing Ginga/Technical Skills training to the players that have been attending our M-W-F pre-season training sessions.
This program caters to all athletes. Each session will include dynamic agility drills to help increase the individual's speed and power.
Classes will be fun, high tempo, and challenging. Each session lasts 60 -75 minutes.

Coming into tryouts and the season conditioned and in shape gives us a great starting point & can put us ahead of other teams while providing us with a competitive advantage.
It is highly recommended that player vacations and time away from the program are completed before/over Dead Period and prior to tryouts so playing time is not impacted.

Prior to returning, equipment is to be disinfected using warm soapy water and in the same shape as it was when checked out.
DO NOT USE ANY CHEMICALS OTHER THAN WARM SOAPY DISINFECTANT DISH DETERGENT TO DISINFECT THE EQUIPMENT. OTHER HARSHER DISINFECTANTS WILL BREAKDOWN THE MATERIALS IN THE EQUIPMENT.
DO NOT CLEAN EQUIPMENT IN WASHING MACHINE
***Lost or damaged equipment will be replaced at the cost of the player/parent who checked the equipment out***
