Leadership Commisions
Commander
Currently the company only has one commission for a single Commander. The Company commander has command jurisdiction over the company as whole.
Captain
Every Captain functions not only as a ground pounding door kicker, Fighter Ace, and capital ship captain but as a mentor, leader, and comrade for all the subordinate members of the Company. A rank of both skill, and ceremony, the Raider Captain can stand in stead for the Commander, is capable of directing the company, negotiating on its behalf, and can if necessary stand in the Commander's place on the F.O.F.C. council of leadership. A Captain can be assigned command of an independent squadron within the company - provided he has at a minimum of four raiders who are willing and able consistently train and fight together and the blessing of the Company Commander.
Lieutenant
Raider Sergeants who work above and beyond the call of duty are eligible for commission as a Lieutenant. Carrying out the responsibilities of a combat arms commissioned officer, the Raider lieutenant is a highly capable operator who has elected to undertake leadership responsibilities for the company. They fill the role of the Captain when necessary, and in some circumstances can have full authority to negotiate on behalf of the company for contracts. They work closely with the company captains to ensure that there is a two way flow of information, that member grievance and morale is adequately being addressed, and that the overall function of the company is highly effective both socially, and in combat.
