1. About the app
RahunOK helps tenants and landlords store and share bill-related information (amounts, periods, statuses, notes, etc.). No in-app payments or transactions.
2. Data we process
2.1 Account data (Firebase Authentication):
Email address (sign-in and account recovery).
Password is handled by Firebase Authentication; we don’t store your password in plain text.
2.2 User content (Cloud Firestore):
Property/apartment details you provide (e.g., name, address/description, notes — if entered).
Bills/charges data (amounts, periods, dates, statuses, comments).
Any other content you choose to add to RahunOK.
2.3 Usage & diagnostics:
Firebase Analytics: app usage events/screens.
Firebase Crashlytics: crash reports and technical diagnostics to improve stability.
3. Purposes
Provide app functionality (authentication, sync, access to your data).
Improve quality and reliability (crash diagnostics, usage analytics).
4. Third-party processing
We use Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Analytics, Crashlytics) as infrastructure to operate the app. Data may be processed by Firebase services to provide and maintain functionality.
5. Security & retention
Data is transmitted over secure connections. We apply reasonable safeguards, but no system can be guaranteed 100% secure.
6. Account & data deletion
You can request account deletion and associated data deletion:
in-app: Settings → Account → Delete account (if available in your version);
via our “Account Deletion” web page or by email: flatbills.info@gmail.com.
7. Children
The app is not intended for children under 13.

We may update this policy. The latest version is available at this URL.
