My research primarily centers on the theory and practice of operational decision making within the context of two-sided online platforms. Drawing upon methodologies from computer science, probability theory, and econometrics, my research focuses on: (i) designing online algorithms for sequential decision problems, and (ii) formulating policies that integrate fairness and sustainability into the operational decision-making framework. My work finds applications across a wide array of domains such as revenue management, service operations, sustainability, and fairness.
