Rahmann is the best contractor I have ever worked with. I own 3 homes and have had lots and lots of contractors do work for me over 20 plus years but not one came close to Mohammed and his incredible team. They 1. were lovely to work with, 2. came on time exactly when they said they would, 3. allowed me to take a "break" for a week without complaint, 3. did excellent excellent work on an historic home (that had a lot of "funky" stuff going on), 4. were smart about the inevitable stuff that always pops up on a complicated, multifaceted job, and accomplished it all without any complaint or short-cuts, and 5. were very reasonably priced (I risk saying inexpensive but I intend to use them again and don't want this to go to their heads). Mohammed is an incredibly knowledgeable engineer and contractor, and his team, led by Kahn, were excellent in every way, too. And we had several other teams from Rahmann (names I will misspell so won't try to write out), who were equally excellent. Mohammed understood who would be best for each specific aspect of the job so he put the right guy on for each. (I stopped questioning him and trusted his expertise -which was the one smart thing I did besides hiring Rahmann in the first place). But his entire crew are simply wonderful, each and everyone of them. Really. They came inside to retrieve things and use the restroom, and were so respectful of our home, inside and out, as they worked. It was truly remarkable. They had a young man, Jered (not sure I got the spelling right) who did a terrific job on the site keeping it constantly clean, running to get stuff that was needed, making sure all doors were closed when work was going on, respectfully finding me when approvals were needed, etc.etc. This is a really useful position and you should insist on paying Rahmann to have a runner! This is your ideal contractor. I have only praise and gratefulness for their skills, their professionalism, their respect for our home and our specificity in the outcome, and their great sense of humor, too, which works wonders when things get dicey with an old house. You would be lucky to have Rahmann work for you. Very lucky. ("Do" Use them, "Don't NOT use them")

I dealt with Mohammed Hye from Rahmann Contracting. This was my second time working with them - they had also done the front of the house. The workers showed up at 8am every day and left at 3:30pm. The job went efficiently and smoothly and looks incredible. The masons are outstanding. They are very polite and take pride in their work.
