Master's Degree (M.Sc.): Fuelled by my passion for Remote Sensing & GIS, I decided to pursue a Master's degree to delve deeper into the subject matter and enhance my expertise. In 2022, I joined Bharati Vidyapeeth's Institute of Environment Education and Research, Pune for the M.Sc. program in Geoinformatics. The rigorous coursework, advanced research projects, and interactions with esteemed professors and fellow scholars further solidified my interest in the field. The course will end in July 2024. Right now I am in the third semester and in the fourth semester, we will be having our internship program. (CGPA 8.93)
Diploma: I was among eight students chosen for a unique blended diploma course at the prestigious University of Cologne, Germany. The course was focused on Urban Micro Climate Modeling, using advanced Envi_Met software. From September 2022 to March 2023, I gained valuable insights, practical skills, and a deep understanding of urban microclimates and modeling. This experience expanded my knowledge and sharpened my ability to apply complex software and analytical tools to real-world challenges.
Bachelor's Degree: In 2019, I enrolled in Aliah University, Kolkata for my Bachelor's degree in Geography. The three years of undergraduate study were transformative for me academically and personally. In 2022, I successfully completed my Bachelor's degree with 'A' grades. During this time, I learned about Remote Sensing & GIS. It was a very interesting subject, and I was passionate about it.
Class 12: After completing Class 10, I pursued my higher secondary education at Purbasthali Nilmani Brahmachari Institution. Here, I chose the Arts stream, focusing on English, Bengali, History, Philosophy, and Geography as my core subjects. I actively participated in various extracurricular activities, including science exhibitions, and sports events. In 2019, I successfully passed my Class 12 board examinations with 'A+' grades, which opened the doors for pursuing my bachelor's degree in a reputable institution.
Class 10: In 2017, I completed my secondary education at Purbasthali Nilmani Brahmachari Institution, where I obtained 'A' grade result. My passion for academics and curiosity to explore Geography subjects drove me to the Arts stream because our rural school didn't have Geography subjects as an option in the Science stream. I was consistently among the good students in my class.
