Issues with our estate

Below are images of the key issues with the aesthetic of our €6.75m development. The landscaping around the estate leaves a lot to be desired, with patchy grass on 100% of the estate, and ~50% of the trees planted either dead, or dying. Examining the Planning submission, less than 50% of the proposed trees for the estate have been planted. There are pot holes posing a risk to our children on green spaces, and rock-hard sub-soil clay has been used instead of fertile, well graded top-soil to allow grass to grow and flourish.

Below is the distribution of issues highlighted and voted for by the Residents of Rahillion. If you are a resident and have not yet voted on your top issues, please do so on our form.

Our Residents clearly want to see the roads completed with Tarmac laid, the grass and trees repaired, but these are just the top issues. The development we were sold has not materialised.
