50-60 Workers on site.
Civil Work happening on Tapas IF7-IF8 and IF9-IF12. Manual mixing of concrete and manual lifting to higher floors causing slow work.
Some amount of interior work in Tapas IF17-IF20
Exterior works happening around Surya Towers:
Painting
Lobby preparation for Block C and Block A
Planting of grass and plants near B Block entry
Some brick work was going on on 1 or 2 floors.
Raheja Developer really need to get more workers on site (500 - 800) under proper management / supervision to have any hope of handing over this project in the next 2-3 years. The quality of interior works is suffering as well due to the start- stop and unplanned nature of work.
