This Privacy Policy explains what information Ragnarok Rush ("the Game", "we", "us") collects, how it is used and what choices you have. By using the Game you agree to this policy.
1. SUMMARY
You can play without creating an account. We do not ask for your real name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos or precise location. We collect only what is needed to run the Game and its online features.
2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
a) Game data stored on your device
Your progress, gold, heroes, upgrades and settings are saved locally on your device. They are deleted when you uninstall the Game or clear its data.
b) Online features (Arena, Friend Duel, Weekly Boss Raid, leaderboards, referrals)
When you use online features, the Game creates an anonymous player ID (Firebase Anonymous Authentication) and stores the following on Google Firebase servers (Cloud Firestore):
- the nickname you choose (if you leave it empty, a default name is used),
- your Arena trophies, the level and score you posted,
- your total damage in the Weekly Boss Raid,
- whether you joined through another player's invite link (referral).
Your nickname, trophies, score and raid damage can be seen by other players in leaderboards and as an opponent. Please do not use your real name or personal details as a nickname.
c) Analytics
We use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how the Game is used (for example which levels are started, completed or failed, and crash/performance information). This includes an app-instance identifier, device type, operating system version, language and country/region. We do not use it to identify you personally.
d) Advertising
The Game includes the Google AdMob SDK. When ads are enabled, AdMob may collect your device's advertising ID, IP address and ad interaction data to show and measure ads. In the EEA, UK and other applicable regions we ask for your consent (Google User Messaging Platform) before personalized ads are shown.
e) Purchases
In-app purchases are processed by Google Play. We only receive confirmation that a purchase succeeded. We never see or store your payment card details.
f) Install referrer
The Game reads the Google Play Install Referrer to know whether the install came from a friend's invite link, so the invite reward can be granted.
g) Victory clips
If you tap "Share clip", a short video of your own gameplay is created on your device. It is not uploaded by us. It is shared only if you choose an app to share it with.
3. HOW WE USE INFORMATION
- to run the Game and save your progress,
- to provide online features (matchmaking, leaderboards, raids, duels, referrals),
- to fix bugs and improve the Game,
- to show ads and process purchases through Google.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The Game uses services provided by Google, which process data under their own policies:

5. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The Game is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
6. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION
- Local game data is removed when you uninstall the Game or clear its data.
- Your online profile (anonymous ID, nickname, trophies, scores, raid damage, referral record) is kept while the Game is in use. To have it deleted, email us at the address below and include your in-game nickname; we will delete it within 30 days.
- Data processed by Google is kept according to Google's policies.
7. YOUR CHOICES
- You can play levels 1–3 offline without using online features.
- You can change or reset your advertising ID and ad personalization in your device settings.
- You can withdraw ad consent at any time in the Game's settings (where available) or in your device settings.
- You can request deletion of your online data as described above.
8. SECURITY
We use reasonable measures to protect information, including access rules that let a player write only their own online profile. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this policy. Changes are posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
