The Children and Family Ministry Team provides a programme of activities to support families in exploring and growing faith in Jesus with their children.
There are also groups for children aged 4 upwards.

Wild Church
Children are naturally spiritual beings and Wild Church seeks to develop their awareness of God, and a sense of awe and wonder.
Wild Church usually takes place on the first Sunday of the Month starting in the chapel and then exploring a theme in the extensive grounds and Fellowship Centre.
Led by Nicky Hobbs with support from members of the fellowship, families with children aged 4-11 are welcome.
The Wild Church programme will follow the seasons of the year and is free of charge. Just come along at the usual service time on the day.

Acorns to Oaks
Our Friday group for children and young people. The group is led by Hazel, the Children and Family Worker and runs for younger children in the early part of the session and older ones later with an overlap in the middle where all ages can mingle.
Reception to Yr4 = 5pm – 6:30pm
Yr 5 and above = 6pm – 8pm
£3 per child or £5 per family

Raglan Baptist Church Toddler Group
This is a FREE group that meets weekly from 10.30 a.m. - 12.00 noon in the chapel ( from 5th September)
It's a great meeting place for parents, grandparents and childminders looking after babies and toddlers. It has an informal and caring atmosphere.
Hazel - our experienced children and families worker facilitates the group and provides stories, craft, activities and music with a Christian flavour.
The Community Cafe, open on Fridays runs alongside and provides refreshments - cake, light lunches and drinks on a donations basis. Parents often stay for lunch!
CHILD DEDICATION - we welcome families who wish to bring their children for dedication. Dedication takes place during a Sunday service when the church joins parents, godparents and wider family in welcoming the baby/child. Everyone makes promises to raise the baby/child in the Christian faith until they are old enough to make those promises for themselves. It is hoped that later on they will choose to be baptised.
