So, I don't understand, why Kannadigas, Telagus and Tamilians had never fought over whose Dosas and Idlis are the best. I mean, I can understand about idlies, since, all the idlies of the planet taste the same, so, there is no scope of dispute. And idlies are not even a different dish than rice, they are just compact steamed rice. But, Dosas. Dosas are different in each ethnicity. By far Kannadigas are the best with large margin. Tamilians, please don't kill me, but, you guys are worst in making Dosas. Even us north indians make better than you guys. It just seems you guys have stolen the recipe from some Arabic countries. Telgus are a little bit better than UP's Dosas, but, lag behind Kannadigas by large margin. I have never tasted Mallyalies Dosa, and just hope they have not stolen it's recipe from Tamilians or some other Arabic countries.
