Privacy Policy for RagBull

RagBull ("the App", "we", "us") is a single-player offline mobile game. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App handles and how. By using RagBull you agree to this policy.

1. Summary

RagBull does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data. The App has no user accounts, no registration, no advertising, no analytics, and no third-party tracking SDKs. It does not connect to the internet and does not send any information off your device.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, store on our servers, or share:

• Personal identifiers (name, email address, phone number, postal address)

• Account or login credentials

• Device identifiers (advertising ID, IMEI, MAC address, Android ID)

• Location data (GPS, network-based, or approximate)

• Contacts, calendar, photos, camera, microphone, or files

• Usage or analytics data, crash reports, or diagnostic telemetry

• Payment or financial information

3. Information Stored Locally on Your Device

To make the game work, the App saves a small amount of non-personal game data in your device's local application storage (Android SharedPreferences):

• Your best coin total and best round reached, separately for each game mode (QUICK, CLASSIC, GRAND) — used to display your personal records.

• The haptic feedback (vibration) on/off setting — used to remember your preference between sessions.

• The last selected game mode — used to restore your choice the next time you open the App.

This data never leaves your device, is not linked to you or to any identifier, and is not accessible to us or to any third party. You can erase it at any time via Settings → Reset records inside the App, by clearing the app's storage in Android system settings, or by uninstalling the App.

4. Permissions

RagBull requests no Android runtime permissions. It does not request internet access, storage access, location, camera, microphone, or contacts. Vibration is produced through the standard system haptic feedback API and can be disabled in the App's settings.

5. Third-Party Services

The App contains no advertising networks, no analytics providers, no social network integrations, no cloud save, and no third-party SDKs of any kind.

Please note that Google Play, as the distribution platform, may collect data about app downloads, installs, and crashes independently of the App. That processing is governed by Google's Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy

6. Simulated Gambling

RagBull includes a slot-machine mini-game that uses virtual in-game coins only. There is no real-money gambling, no wagering, no purchase of virtual currency, no in-app purchases, and no ability to cash out or exchange in-game coins for anything of real-world value. The slot machine is a game mechanic and does not offer any opportunity to win real money or prizes.

7. Children's Privacy

RagBull does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). Because no data is collected or transmitted, there is nothing for us to disclose, delete, or restrict. If you believe a child has somehow provided us with personal data, contact us at the address below and we will address it promptly.

8. Data Security and Retention

Because no data is transmitted or stored outside your device, there is no server-side data at risk. Locally stored game data remains on your device until you reset it in the App or uninstall the App, at which point it is deleted by the operating system.

9. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA and similar laws)

We do not process personal data, so there is no personal data to access, correct, port, restrict, or delete on our side. We do not sell or share personal information. You retain full control over all locally stored game data as described in Section 3.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy if the App's functionality changes. The updated version will be posted at this URL with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes will be reflected in the App's store listing. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
