Contribution to Institution Building
As a Chair person of the Women Empowerment Cell of the college organized several impactful activities during the academic year 2025-2026 to promote health awareness, leadership, entrepreneurship, and gender equality among girl students and Women staff.
Below are the sessions/events details
1.“Caring for Women’s Health is Caringtt
for Future” by Dr. Fahmida Banu and physiotherapy demonstrations by experts from Aster Prime Hospital enhanced awareness on women’s health, hygiene, HPV vaccination, and physical wellness.
2. Financial literacy was encouraged through awareness on saving schemes in public banks.
3. Skill development initiatives like the Resin Art workshop was conducted for 3 days.
4. “She Leads, She Creates” stalls fostered entrepreneurial and leadership qualities among girl students on the account of International Womens' day 2026
5. International Women’s Day was celebrated with activities promoting confidence, empowerment, and cultural expression for both Women staff and substaff.
6. Interactive sessions such as “Justice through Dialogue” conducted by NGO Rubaroo motivated students to challenge gender stereotypes with confidence.
7.A literacy development workshop for 3 days conducted for women sub-staff strengthened communication and workplace effectiveness

Contribution to Extension Activity / Community Service
1.As a part of ISR activity organized 2 events
Fun, interactive and basic Numeracy skills for Students of Sri Sai Seva Sadan, a special school for children with mental disabilities. The activities were solving mazes, practicing basic math and learning to find time through pictures. The student volunteers helped and taught students in the activities. a total of 10 students of III B.Sc MSCs along with the faculty co-ordinator Ms.Raga Sudha Jonnada organised these two sessions.

2.Community Service
The Department of Sciences observed 2nd Aug’2025 as Community service day. As part of this , the Current students, alumni students and members of the department visited “Lekhadeep” a Special School and Vocational Training-cum-Rehabilitation Centre for Mentally Handicapped Children, educating and training them leading to their empowerment. The students of B.Sc , alumni and faculty members together contributed 15000/- towards the community service.
Contribution to Student Experience & Mentorship
Calls were made 100% to the parents of the class BSc MSCs 4
Internals and over all attendance percentage improved for the mentored class MSCs 4
Enhanced student performance by increasing the pass percentage in the 3rd Semester Mathematics paper for both MECs and MSCs students compared to prior semesters.
Called a few student's parents for Parent teacher meetings due to irregularity and backlogs
Counselled a few students of BCom and BSc regarding their career plans, Placements, irregularity, pass percentage, backlogs and poor attention skills etc.
Issued 5 Letter of Recommendations to the Passed out students to study abroad.
Actively participated in the meetings of Discipline committee and guided students on Disciplinary issues as a member of the committee. Observed improvement in their behaviors.
