Numerical simulation depicting dynamic infusion of moisture into a porous ceramic tile. This numerical simulation utilized the Richards equation, a commonly employed mathematical model for analyzing water distribution in the vadose zone. COMSOL Multiphysics, a software based on the finite element method, was employed to conduct the simulation.
During my third year in BUET, my team chose to make a project entitled 'Automated Rice Husker'.The motivation for this project was from a health issue. It can remove the chaff of grains of rice, keeping the brown layer intact. Cam and platform were designed, the cam was coupled with camshaft and motor. This rice husker is different from the commercial steel roller husker. It doesn’t remove the brown layer of the rice which increases the food value.
Health benefits:
It doesn't remove the brown layer of the rice, and the produced rice is known as brown rice. The health benefits of brown rice are largely due to it being a whole grain. Good cakes can be made by it.

Our Rice Husker
Traditional Rice Husker
Our project is in the primary stage. In this stage, we have made the arrangement of removing chaff of grain and grinding of rice to make the floor.
Later on, automated input and output of rice will be added to our machine.
Graphene is a two-dimensional material, whose popularity has soared in both condensed-matter physics and material science the past decade. Due to its unique properties, graphene can be used in a vast array of new and interesting applications that could fundamentally change the material industry. graphene can adsorb and desorb different types of atoms and molecules, remaining highly conductive. This property can be used for sensor applications.
Language Used: MATLAB
Methodology:
Two arrays of which each array contain two value. One
array for abscissa and other for the ordinate
Plot the two array.ex plot.
Replacing the old array with the new array.
Some subscription is added to the new array to get the updated new array.
Repeating these steps the structure of graphene can be found.
Extraction of the coordinates from each array at the time of the plot.
Using the file input-output option in MATLAB, a file of coordination of carbon in graphene is created.
Different steps from generating coordinates to structure of graphene using MATLAB
