سياسة الخصوصية — تطبيق رفيق المسلم

نحن في تطبيق رفيق المسلم نلتزم بحماية بيانات المستخدمين بشكل كامل. هذه السياسة توضح طريقة تعاملنا مع المعلومات داخل التطبيق.

🔹 1. البيانات التي نجمعها

لا نقوم بجمع أي بيانات شخصية أو غير شخصية إطلاقًا.
ولا نخزّن أي معلومات عن المستخدم أو جهازه أو موقعه على خوادم خارجية.

⬅ كل ما يتم داخل التطبيق يعمل محليًا على جهاز المستخدم فقط.

🔹 2. مواقيت الصلاة والأذان

يتطلب التطبيق إذن الموقع لحساب أوقات الصلاة:

• يستخدم التطبيق موقعك فقط محليًا لتحديد المواقيت والأذان.

• لا يتم إرسال بيانات الموقع أو تخزينها أو مشاركتها مع أي جهة.

🔹 3. إشعارات الأذكار

يوفر التطبيق:

• إشعارات أذكار الصباح والمساء

• ظهور أذكار اختيارية على الشاشة أثناء استخدام الهاتف

كلا الميزتين اختياريتان بالكامل ويمكن تمكينهما أو تعطيلهما في الإعدادات.

🔹 4. البوصلة وتحديد القبلة

يستخدم التطبيق مستشعرات الجهاز فقط لعرض اتجاه القبلة.
ولا يتم جمع أو تخزين أي معلومات عند استخدامها.

🔹 5. أذونات النظام

قد يطلب التطبيق الأذونات التالية فقط لتفعيل الميزات:

• الموقع : لحساب مواقيت الصلاة فقط

• الإشعارات: للتذكير بالأذكار والأذان

• الظهور فوق التطبيقات: لعرض الأذكار على الشاشة

ولا تُستخدم هذه الأذونات لأي أغراض تتبعية أو تحليلية.

🔹 6. عدم وجود روابط خارجية

لا يحتوي التطبيق على أي روابط خارجية أو تحويلات إلى مواقع أخرى.

🔹 7. عدم وجود إعلانات

التطبيق خالٍ من الإعلانات ولا يتضمن أي أدوات إعلانية طرف ثالث في الوقت الحالي.

🔹 8. الامتثال للقوانين واللوائح

نلتزم التزامًا كاملًا بـ:

• سياسات خصوصية Google Play المتعلقة ببيانات المستخدم

• اللائحة العامة لحماية البيانات (GDPR)
  ✔ لا نقوم بجمع البيانات
  ✔ لا نشارك البيانات
  ✔ لا نعتمد أي تتبع أو تحليلات
  بالتالي لا حاجة لإجراءات طلب الموافقة أو التحكم في البيانات لأننا لا نعالج أي بيانات للمستخدم.

🔹 9. أمان البيانات

بما أننا لا نجمع ولا نخزن البيانات، فإن مخاطر الخصوصية تكاد تكون معدومة.
مع ذلك، نحرص دائمًا على تطوير التطبيق بمعايير أمان قوية.

We at Rafik Al Muslim are fully committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we handle any information within the app.

1.  Data We Collect

We do not collect any personal or non■personal data from users. No information about the user or the device is stored or transmitted to any server.

All features operate locally on the user's device only.

2.  Prayer Times and Athan

The app may request location permission for the sole purpose of calculating accurate prayer times and Athan.

The location is used locally on the device and is never stored or shared.

Users may manually select their prayer location instead of granting location access.

3.  Azkar Notifications

The app provides optional notifications for Morning and Evening Azkar, as well as small Azkar reminders that can appear over other apps.

These features must be enabled by the user and can be turned off anytime in settings.

4.  Qibla Compass

The compass uses device sensors only to display the Qibla direction. No data is collected or stored during usage.

5.  System Permissions Permissions required by the app:

• Location ® For prayer times and Athan only

• Notifications ® To remind users of Azkar and prayer times

• Appear over other apps ® To display Azkar on screen

These permissions are never used for tracking or identifying the user.

6.  No External Links

The app does not contain any external links or redirects to outside websites.

7.  No Advertisements

There are currently no ads inside the app.

8.  Legal Compliance

We fully comply with:

• Google Play User Data Policy

• GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation)

Since we do not collect or process any user data:

✔ No consent is required

✔ No data control or deletion requests are needed

9.  Data Security

Because we do not store data, privacy risks are extremely minimal. We still ensure secure technical practices in future updates.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy in the future. Any changes will be reflected inside the app.
