About me
I received the B.S. degree in Electronics Engineering from Universidad de Antioquia in 2004, after I received a postgraduate in Marketing from EAFIT University, and in 2011 I received the M.Sc in Telecommunications from Universidad de Antioquia.
In 2015 I received the Ph.D. degree in Electronics Engineering from Universidad de Antioquia (Medellín, Colombia) and in Computer Science from the Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg, (Erlangen, Germany).
Currently I am Full Professor at Universidad de Antioquia and head of GITA Lab (https://scholar.google.com/citations?hl=es&view_op=list_works&gmla=AJsN-F5b2A9dhwDB5WCaa7rcPEaKRwl4CEczpQKSAYHcmL2Ke0PBwC6mKw9fBbcuqsV256Agl7fA5zRRLKgcugWqdjzYMKTCCxJDxF-6bu_jA8eGHqkknGdpQE0SH9Vby-EukbbWUoXx&user=r5plCdQAAAAJ) and Adjunct Researcher at Pattern Recognition Lab in the Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg.
My research interests include Speech Processing, Pattern Recognition, Digital Communications, Digital Signal Processing, and Signals Theory.
