Rafael Hernández-Pachón

Welcome to my website!

I'm an incoming Postdoctoral Scholar in the Department of Economics at Aalto University.

I received my PhD in Economics from the University of Zurich in July 2026. In Spring 2025, I visited the Yale Department of Economics.

My research lies at the intersection of development and labor economics, with a focus on the economics of education and child development.
