RAF | Smart Stock is provided as a business support and inventory management tool. While we strive to ensure accuracy and reliability, the App is provided “as is” and “as available.”
The App relies on data entered, imported, or managed by the user. RAF | Smart Stock is not responsible for errors, inaccuracies, or losses resulting from:
Incorrect or incomplete data entered by the user
Imported data from third-party platforms (such as CSV files)
Inventory discrepancies, stock count errors, or financial miscalculations
Business decisions made based on data displayed in the App
The user is solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and validating all inventory, stock, and financial information before making business decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RAF | Smart Stock shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or financial damages arising from the use of or inability to use the App.
