During your trial you will be required to answer a question every day hence Qotd = Question of the day. You will be asked one per day and then at the end of the week you get a score out of seven. This is to ensure that during your trial your knowledge is improved and worked upon based on these results to prepare you for your MoT and EoT! Don't worry about making mistakes, it's all about learning and figuring out where you need more help!
We also have a Situation of the week which will be asked on every Monday and you have until Friday to answer. These are to monitor your ability to reply to different scenarios in game or on the forums to see how you would deal with certain situations.

You will be expected to maintain increasing and positive activity on all platforms, especially in game and on the forums. Your in game time and forum post activity will be monitored during your eight weeks as a Trainee.
To succeed in these areas, manage your time wisely and work on getting posts and in game time spread out across the week. Remember that is quality > quantity and please try to ensure your forum posts are as detailed and informative as possible!

As a Trainee you will be developing and improving on your ability to provide good quality customer service. This is something that is vital to not only being a Trainee but a staff member in general.
Try to focus on what's going on when you are moderating. Try to pay attention to chat and people breaking rules, whilst also answering questions and just generally communicating positively across the network. Try to make your responses everywhere detailed and friendly and helping out whoever you can whenever and wherever you can.

♡ As Trainees can only punish for Severity one in game, each time you punish for a Severity two offence or higher you will need to submit a staff report. These will be processing by either me or your TMA and if you make any errors we will message you about it!
♡ There are two types of incorrectly submitted SRs. First one is incorrect SRs which will not be counted as an incorrectly submitted staff report. All that this means is that you made a little mistake that isn't of huge significance, unless you get a large amount of them, when submitting your SR. The other is an insufficient SR which will count as an incorrectly submitted SR. This means that your evidence for the SR is insufficient and we cannot punish the player as a result.
