Room Reservations
Welcome to the RadyVantage Student Organization Room Reservation Site!
Once you have reviewed the CONFIRMED (google calendars) and PENDING (google sheet) room reservations, please complete the form below to request a room for your student organization.

Rady classrooms are available to RadyVantage organizations for the following events:
General Body Meetings
Available Monday through Thursday 5pm - 10pm
Weekly meetings
Student Organization members only
Each org can submit up to 10 hours of GBM requests per quarter
Requests must be submitted at least one week in advance.
Medium-sized events*
Monday through Friday 5pm - 10pm
Workshops, Panels, and Recruitment events
Requests must be submitted at least two weeks in advance.
The UC San Diego Business Council handles all general body meetings and medium-sized events room reservation requests for RadyVantage student organizations. If you have any questions or requests, please email them at BusinessCouncilUCSD@gmail.com.
Large-scale events*
Conferences and collaboration events
By application only, may require a room reservation fee.
Requests must be submitted at least four weeks in advance.
