Welcome to the RadyVantage Student Organization Room Reservation Site! 

The Rady Business Council handles all general body meetings and medium-sized events room reservation requests for RadyVantage student organizations. 

To request a room you will first need to find an open slot. Review available rooms in the confirmed Google Calendars below as well as the Pending Rady Room Reservations (Google sheet below calendars). Once you find an open slot you can then submit the RadyVantage Undergraduate Room Reservation Form.

Rady classrooms are available to RadyVantage student organizations for the following events: 

General Body Meetings

• Available Monday through Thursday 5pm - 10pm

• Weekly meetings

• Student Organization members only

• Each org can submit up to 10 hours of GBM requests per quarter

• Requests must be submitted at least 1 week in advance.

Medium-sized Events (98 people maximum)

• Monday through Thursday 5pm - 10pm

• Workshops, Panels, and Recruitment events

• 98 people maximum

• Per the Center for Student Involvement (CSI), student organizations must have a Triton Activities Planner (TAP) form to host events at UC San Diego and Rady. For more information, please visit the Center for Student Involvement website. 

• Requests must be submitted at least 5 weeks in advance.

You will receive a confirmation email from Rady Business Council when approved so please submit room reservations in advance to ensure approval within a reasonable time frame. Please use your UCSD email account when submitting a request.  If you have any questions about the process, or you would like to cancel a room reservation, email BusinessCouncilUCSD@gmail.com no less than 24 hours prior to your reservation time.

If you are requesting space for a large-scale event of over 98 people it is by application only. Please fill out the Large One Time Event Request Form for consideration. Please submit 5 weeks in advance to allow for processing. You will receive a response from Rady Undergraduate Advising within 2-3 weeks.
