2. Subscription Service

- Premium features require an active subscription

- Subscription will automatically renew unless canceled

- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account

- Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period

- The account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period

- Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase

3. Medical Disclaimer

This app is intended to be used as a supplementary tool for medical professionals. It should not be used as the sole basis for medical decisions. Users should rely on their professional judgment and other appropriate resources.

4. Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the app. Users acknowledge that they use the app at their own risk and that the calculations and information provided should be verified against other reliable sources.

This application is licensed to you by Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA). You acknowledge that these terms include Apple's standard EULA and that you have read and agreed to all terms in Apple's standard EULA.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without prejudice to Apple's standard EULA terms.

9. Subscription Pricing and Terms

- Annual subscription is priced at $29.99 USD

- 7-day free trial is available for new users

- Price may vary by location and may be converted to local currency

- Subscription provides access to all premium features

- Free trial automatically converts to paid subscription unless canceled

10. Data Usage and Privacy

- All calculations are performed locally on your device

- No personal or medical data is collected or stored on our servers
